Happy 2022! Wishing all our residents a safe, healthy and happy New Year.
The 2022 dues letters were emailed mid-January and are due in March. They dues remained the same as last year, which is a good thing! Any emails that were returned undeliverable, billings were mailed out via USPS. Please notify us at: pinepointsa@gmail.com if you did not received it and we will be sure to get another sent out to you.

Board Members / Homeowners Preferred Communications
As voted on at the October 4, 2016 Homeowners meeting, the Board will be eliminating phone messaging as a means of communication between the board and homeowners. Homeowners are still able to communicate with the board via web email (from the web site), standard email to pinepointesa@gmail.com and via standard mail.

As requested at the October 4, 2016 homeowners association meeting, this web site has been created to help improve communication between our board members and homeowners.
